Responsible for handling cargo packages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring proper care and handling. The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately scan and label items, physically process customer packages, and ensure they are correctly tracked in the inventory management system. The agent is also responsible for maintaining precise and efficient workflows to ensure items are ready for shipping and delivery to customers.

Responsible for providing ground support for inbound and outbound aircraft. This position loads and unloads, services, guides, pushes back and directs aircraft. Transporting cargo to and from the aircraft in a safe and timely manner. This agent is also responsible for weighing, stacking, picking up, and delivering all cargo to the appropriate location. As qualified, you will also operate all power and other ground equipment, including pushbacks, tugs, tow bars, etc. as directed in order to complete aircraft operations.

Responsible for understanding weight and balance theory and adhering to the aircraft operator and manufacturer requirements. Provides information to management for pre-sort and during sort production meetings such as status of container inventory, planned containers by flight, status of damaged containers or nets, and other special sort-specific load instructions. The agent is also responsible for ensuring Unit Load Devices (ULDs) are in airworthy condition, verifying the required number and sequence of for loading and departing ULDs, ensuring accuracy of container load and quality, and calculating aircraft weight and balance via approved software package.

Responsible for confirming proper and timely loading and unloading of products, performing various inventory counts, ordering supplies and goods, ensuring staged loads on dock match virtually and physically prior to the loading/offloading, maintaining dock equipment and ensuring equipment is serviced when needed. This agent is also responsible for ensuring the YMS employee system is checking for late arrival/late departure of loads as well as creating cases when necessary while also ensuring we comply within 90 days for BOL, Scale Logs, and Truck Activity logs.

Responsible for supervising and leading the dock agent team in the efficient and safe handling of aircraft loading and unloading processes at the airport docks. This agent coordinates the ground staff, flight crews, and other operational teams to ensure the timely and accurate movement of luggage, cargo, and supplies to and from the aircraft. They will also ensure adherenece to safety protocols and operations guidelines, while troubleshooting and resolving logistical and operational issues that arise. Additionally, they are responsible for training and mentoring dock agents, managing shift schedules, and maintaining accurate reports of dock activities to ensure seamless airport operations.

Responsible for routing inbound and outbound air cargo and USPS mail shipments to their destinations by taking telephone orders from customers, arranging for pickup of freight and delivery to the loading area and scanning/sorting inbound and outbound mail. This agent also physically handles cargo and Comat, by hand or by machine such as forklifts. They will provide cargo security screenings, and accept/process any hazardous/restricted material shipments in accordance with company and governmental rules and regulations.

Responsible for supervising and overseeing warehouse operations at the airport. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, including cargo handlers, stock clerks, and administrative personnel, to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. The Warehouse Lead will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory levels, and implement inventory control procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency. Additionally, this position requires conducting regular inspections of warehouse facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving any issues related to inventory accuracy or cargo handling. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of the airport’s warehouse and cargo handling services. 

Responsible for the direction and supervision of warehouse operations, inventory management, personnel & process management, and facility management. The Warehouse Supervisor will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and supervise the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service. 

Responsible for coordinating scanning operations in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in single-piece scanning. This includes training staff on scanning equipment, supervising daily processes, resolving scanning issues, and coordinating with other departments to maintain safety and compliance. The supervisor also maintains records and prepares performance reports. 

Responsible for overseeing a team of ramp agents and ensuring the efficient, safe handling of aircraft on the ground. This position involves coordinating activities such as baggage handling, aircraft towing, and servicing aircraft, while adhering to strict safety and operational protocols. You will be pivotal in training and mentoring team members and coordinating with flight crews and other airport personnel to ensure timely aircraft turnarounds. Additionally, this role requires quick decision-making, effective problem-solving, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
