The basic function of the Instrument Technician is to install, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, calibrate, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and distributive control equipment throughout the facility in a safe and professional manner.

The Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operation of all plant systems and equipment. Including but not limited to balers, conveyor belts, gearboxes, electrical motors, pulleys, shafts and bearings. This position must respond to all system failures by taking appropriate corrective action by completing or assigning the repairs needed to ensure that systems are operational and are functioning safely and efficiently. This position generally reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager.

Material Handlers move recyclable material through the facility, conducts material grading and evaluates for sale destination.

The baler operator is responsible for monitoring material bunker levels and activating the conveyors and controls to bale sorted recyclable material. 

Manages and operates several equipment types to load, unload, transport and process materials from silos for efficient handling and shipment.

Operates the Stabilization Unit by performing the following duties. Successfully moves hazardous material through the facility and conducts material audits. Operates and monitors day to day functions of the facility. Utilizes tools to analyze and interpret historical and present data to make real time adjustments to maximize and optimize system processes.

Operates wastewater treatment equipment, sludge processing, and disposal equipment in wastewater treatment plant to control flow (GPM) provided to the production plant. Maintains required environmental documentation and draws samples for lab analysis to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.  

Performs various routine duties, housekeeping, clean-ups and a wide variety of skilled mechanical duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify mechanical equipment and facilities.

The Lab Technician is responsible for assuring company and customer quality standards are being met during the production process. The Lab Technician assists and supports the production team by providing expertise to resolve quality related issues at each stage of the manufacturing process. Also, the Lab Technician will carry out relevant testing and communicate lab results to the production floor, as needed. 

The Production Quality Inspector is responsible for assuring company and customer quality standards are being met during the production process. The QA Technician assists and supports the production team by providing expertise to resolve quality related issues at each stage of the manufacturing process. This role will report to the Quality Manager and work very closely with the production team members to ensure the quality of the resin meets specifications.
